New Payment Option
Want to save money? As you know, the cost of mailing
a check increased once again. Due to popular demand,
we are now offering our customers the option of having
your payments automatically deducted from your checking
or savings account. Imagine, not having to hunt for
an envelope so you can mail in your payment! You
would still receive an email receipt reminding you
that the monthly charge had been deducted from your
account. Saving $.39 is OK, but it gets better! If
you sign up by February 28, 2006, you can save 10%
off of your monthly fees for the next six months!!
So, what do you have to do? Please print out this
form, fill it in, and attach a voided check. You

Automatic withdrawals are scheduled to start March
2. The 10% discount will apply to your monthly charges
starting March 2 and end after August 2’s withdrawal.
